Have some problems streaming the video or audio files? first off, you'll need the latest flash player (9) which you can download for free. You may have already installed previous versions of the player, but our latest vids require the newest player. Its worth it- the quality is much improved. To watch videos, a cable or dsl connection is recommended. Dialup and ISDN users should wait until the video has been buffered before watching or you'll find yourself constantly waiting to see more of the good stuff. At 56k the video quality is pretty poor, but hey, its better than nothing! If you have single or dual ISDN then your connection is actually pretty decent. There are many factors which can affect streaming performance. - If your ISP is experiencing heavy traffic, has a poor connection to the internet, or even if there are too many people online in your neighborhood (for cable users), all these factors can cause your streams to stutter, drop out, or stop.
- Old or poorly maintained computers may also have trouble keeping up with our streams.
- Dancespacers at work may even experience problems due to their firewalls, not to mention irate bosses.
